Privacy and data handling.

No Fuss Sites collects only the information needed to evaluate, manage, and deliver web projects. This page explains what is handled in the public site, admin dashboard, and client portal.

Information collected

  • Contact form details, including name, email, company, project type, website URL, budget range, timeline, and project notes.
  • Client portal account details needed for invitation-only access, usually one email login per client or company.
  • Project information shared through the portal, including messages, feature requests, links, uploaded files, and project status updates.

How it is used

  • To evaluate whether No Fuss Sites is a fit for the project.
  • To communicate about scope, progress, requests, files, and launch readiness.
  • To operate the private admin dashboard and client portal used to deliver the work.

Where it is processed

  • Vercel hosts the website and app runtime.
  • Supabase stores admin, portal, auth, project, message, feature request, and file metadata.
  • Resend handles project inquiry and invite-related email delivery when configured.

Retention

  • Active project records and shared files are kept while the project or client relationship is active.
  • Completed project records may be retained for continuity, support, launch history, and reasonable business records.
  • A client can request export or deletion of project portal materials unless retention is needed for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Basic service expectations.

The client portal is a project collaboration space, not a public account system or long-term document archive. Formal commercial terms should live in the project agreement for the engagement.

1

Do not upload highly sensitive regulated data unless we have explicitly agreed on the handling requirements first.

2

Client portal access is invitation-only and intended for a single client or company login during the MVP.

3

Uploaded files, preview links, messages, and feature requests are used to support the project and should not be treated as a permanent records system.

4

Project scope, payment terms, deliverables, and ownership should be confirmed in the written project agreement for each engagement.
